In recent years our design and R&D division has developed important projects that continue to be implemented and improved:
- We procure business opportunities through our capillary sales network in Italy, and through consultants in France, Spain, Germany and Great Britain and carry out our activities in the way described below.
- When all the necessary documentation has been collected, it is consigned to our design and R&D division, which immediately prepares various operating solutions.
- We prepare a feasibility study to submit to the customer, together with a technical sheet and estimate.
- If the customer is satisfied, routine samples are produced. Samples are sent to the customer, whose quality service checks their performance.
- On receiving their OK, feasibility is officially confirmed and we begin to procure the necessary components and involve the operating divisions in question.
- Production starts according to an appropriate Gantt chart.
- Delivery dates are observed in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Production is certified.
- Despatch is made with the aid of the most advanced logistics software.
- When the project is authorized, it is reviewed by the R&D division to check the availability of the most advanced and technologically innovative solutions. Keeping pace with the times.
